Olivia is a litigation attorney and the founder of Prestige Legal, PLLC. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas before attending the William H. Bowen School of Law, where she graduated cum laude.
In addition to her legal practice, Olivia holds an Arkansas contractor’s license and is a licensed insurance agent—credentials that provide her with a unique, practical understanding of the construction and insurance industries.
Her practice focuses primarily on construction and real estate law, where she represents property owners, contractors, and businesses in complex disputes. Olivia is known for combining legal strategy with real-world industry knowledge, allowing her to effectively advocate for clients in high-stakes litigation and negotiations.

Rachel Niles
Amy is a NALA-Certified Paralegal (CP®) and holds an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Technology from the University of Arkansas Pulaski Tech, where she graduated with highest honors.
Amy provides substantive legal support to the firm, assisting attorneys with document drafting, legal research, litigation support, and trial preparation. She also supports client communication and case management, bringing a strong foundation of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail to each matter.
