Olivia Rottman
Olivia is the founding member of Prestige Legal, PLLC. Prior to starting the firm, she founded and managed a local roofing company as well as a real estate investment company. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas and is a cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s William H. Bowen School of Law. She also maintains an Arkansas Insurance Agent license.
As a business owner herself, she understands that owning a business is more than a full-time job – it’s your life. Protecting small business owners from not only the foreseen, but the unforeseen risks is her passion. Her goal with her legal practice is the same as it’s always been – custom legal service for your small business needs. Her practice includes business formation, business advising, drafting contracts and forms, landlord/tenant issues, construction law, real estate, civil litigation, and everything in between.
When not at the office, Olivia enjoys spending time outside with her two dogs, good food with her friends, health and fitness, and attending local Young Professional Network events.
RACHEL ALLGOOD NILES
Rachel is an Arkansas native who grew up in Cabot where she attended Cabot High School. She graduated with a B.S. in Sport Management from Arkansas State University. During her time at Arkansas State, Rachel was a member of the spirit squads as the mascot and was a student manager for the women’s basketball team.
After deciding to pursue a career in the legal field, she then attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s William H. Bowen School of Law. During law school, she served as the president of the Sport and Entertainment Law Student Society and clerked for the Arkansas Attorney General’s office.
Rachel is passionate about helping businesses and individuals grow by providing specialized legal services. These legal services include business law, contract law, civil litigation, sport and entertainment law.
Rachel married her high school sweetheart, William, in April 2022. She has stood alongside him as he started his own business, training hunting dogs. When she’s not working, Rachel is an avid duck hunter, a sport enthusiast, and a lover of amusement parks.
Natasha MARIE
Natasha was raised in Wisconsin but moved to Oklahoma in 2007. Natasha graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Post-graduation she worked for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services for several years before receiving her juris doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s William H. Bowen School of Law.
While a student at Bowen, Natasha helped draft a portion of an amicus curie brief regarding violations of the 13th amendment. Natasha helped research for the Center for Racial Justice.
Natasha’s practice includes, but is not limited to, civil litigation, contract drafting, and business reviews.
When not working, Natasha enjoys gardening, camping, and spending time with her two children.
Amy Kelsay
Amy brings a unique blend of creativity, business acumen, and legal expertise to her role as a paralegal professional. In this role, Amy assists our attorneys with document drafting, client communication, legal research, litigation support, trial preparation, file organization, calendar management, and more.
Prior to her legal career, Amy established herself as an entrepreneur by founding a successful salon business in Little Rock. With her adept interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service, Amy built a loyal clientele base with her ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Amy continues to hold an active Arkansas cosmetology license.
In 2023, Amy graduated from the University of Arkansas Pulaski Tech with highest honors, earning a Technical Certificate in Paralegal Technology. She also holds multiple certifications in a variety of legal support technologies and is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. In 2024, Amy will complete the credentialing process for the highly respected title of NALA Certified Paralegal.
In her free time, Amy enjoys quality time with her husband, Hubbell, and their son, Stellan. As a family, they love exploring the Museum of Discovery and the Little Rock Zoo. Amy also loves home improvement projects and seems to always have something in the works for their home in the Park Hill neighborhood of North Little Rock.
With her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for the law, Amy is a trusted team member and is passionate about fighting for justice for the firm’s clients.
